When you reach out, it helps to share:
- Who the home is for (yourself, a parent, a returning patient).
- The address or estate, and the unit type (HDB, condo, landed).
- Any mobility aids in use — walking cane, rollator, manual or powered wheelchair.
- Any urgent concern — fall in the bathroom, hospital discharge, dementia, post-stroke.
- A photo or two of the bathroom and the entrance if you can.
What happens next
- We confirm a home survey time that works for the user and caregiver.
- The survey takes about 45 to 60 minutes. We walk through and take measurements.
- A written plan and quotation follows within a few working days.
- Once you accept, we schedule the works and complete most jobs within one to two visits.
